Dr Regenstein has been actively involved with members of the Browse and Grass Farmer Association for over five years. He is the head of the Cornell Kosher-Halal Food Initiative and a technical advisor to the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (the largest Muslim certification agency in North America).
